Tennis League Food Procedures
Summer 2025
Welcome to the 2025 Summer Tennis season!

 
At the beginning of each season, active players on the roster will be charged a one-time fee of $110.

Included in the food package is a chef’s choice buffet to be served at the tennis pavilion.

• The buffet will be available an hour and a half after match start time on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and at match time on Thursday nights.
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 10:30am-2:30pm
  • Thursday Night 6:30pm-9pm
• The buffet will be available until 30 minutes after the last match ends. Please let the service person know if your matches are running late as soon as you can.
• There will be a menu of what the meal will be each day along with the times of service.
• Food will be provided for all visiting players who play in the match and all team members who pay the league fee (whether they are in the line up or not only on their teams match day)
• Guests that are not playing will be allowed to purchase a buffet plate for $15.00
• The guest plate and all other purchases (alcohol, snacks, sodas, etc can be purchased from The Bunker Bar located adjacent to court 1 pavilion)
• In case of rainouts- food will be provided for teams that play on the drop-dead date- as well as individual make ups. You will have 13 days (USTA) or 6 days (ALTA) after the rainout to schedule the make-up meal. The club is not responsible for providing a make-up meal after 13 days or 6 days post rainout
• The individual make-up matches will need to be submitted to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the match.  A tab will be set up at the grill for home and visiting players to order from a selected menu.
• All home playoff matches will have their food provided at no additional charge.
• All “do not bill” players will not be allowed to eat unless they purchase the guest buffet plate.
• All “do not bills” will need to be submitted no later than the first week of play. We will not be accepting any bills after the first week of the season except for extreme circumstances. Only acceptable form of submission of do not bills is through [email protected].
